This will be a silent retreat for advanced and experienced meditators, a meeting in silence where the participants have their own program, content, method and intention. The retreat will be initiated and ended by Bodil Skadberg, and the individual participant practices his own path in meditation / contemplation. We hold room for this meeting in silence, across traditions, and will also make available words of wisdom for the day, which can be used in meditation, if desired. We keep the framework, structure and facilities, with the desire to make it possible to get together in this way. With the possibility of guidance if needed during the week.

Arrival: 16-17

Meal at 6 p.m.

The retreat starts at 7 p.m.

Daily program:

Wake up with gong at 06

Joint meditation at 06:30 - 07:30

Breakfast 08:00

Walking meditation outdoors 09:00 - 10:00

Joint meditation 1-2 hours at 10:00 - 12:00

Lunch 12:00

Siesta 13 - 15

Joint meditation 1 - 3 hours at 15 - 18

Dinner 18:00

Evening walk 19-20

Independent practice (possibility for yoga, swimming, hiking, meditation outside / inside)

Evening walk 21:00 (the day is over)

The joint meditations mean that the group sits together for an hour, with the opportunity for the individual to sit longer.
