A warm welcome to a Yoga, meditation, Inspiration weekend in a fantastic Norwegian summer country where the focus is on lifting ourselves and each other, letting go of old patterns before then inviting in the new.

Let us invite Summer together. This weekend focuses on you getting to take a break, get in touch with nature and respite before yourself.

Give yourself an opportunity to let go of the old, so that your dreams and what is important can take up more space in your life. You are invited to join us, to grow and practice getting out of your comfort zone in a safe environment. These are special times in many ways and it is perhaps more important than ever to learn the tools we need before standing strong in ourselves, knowing how to let go of the old ones and create space before something new takes place in our lives.

Do you feel alone in your spiritual journey and feel the need before the shock of others going through the same thing? Do you feel ready to let go of old ideas that do not benefit you before making room for something new? Do you feel that this special time has left you in uncertainty and are you ready to create more clarity in what you want next?

This is a weekend dish for you who want to find your inner security, strength, clarity and want to be filled with new inspiration.

With inspiration from Yoga, various meditation traditions, Soul Coaching - and wisdom from all corners of the world inspired by our primitive cultures, we go deeper into ourselves to let go of what no longer benefits us, what we do not want with us further throughout the year, and then make room for, gain energy and clarity in what really means something to us, and how to further find focus on it.

The weekend will be filled with yoga and group meditations, ceremony and intention setting on Friday. After yoga and breakfast on Saturday, we have a workshop that is about letting go of the old in order to take in the new, to dare to dream and learn spiritual principles that help to create the life we dream of. It will be there to rest, reflect, go to the sauna or enjoy nature. :) On Saturday night we gather to have a cocoa ceremony, kirtan, common singing, and sharing the process we go through together. In Central / South America, ceremonial, raw cocoa has been used for thousands of years as a medicine that opens our hearts. Sunday starts with yoga and meditation before we eat breakfast together. After breakfast we meet again to create inspiration for ourselves and each other, and meet a new year. :) Everyone is included and welcome, more than good enough just the way you are.

About the teacher: Isabel Stål

Isabel is an adventurous, searching soul who early on began to think about life's big questions. After she finished school in Stockholm where she grew up, she packed the car and started the journey to Oslo, with a dream in mind. Shortly afterwards, she flew to India to study yoga and meditation. After overcoming the depression, abuse and suicidal thoughts that had characterized her adolescence, she found a passion to follow her own dreams, to spread the tools that had helped her heal herself and choose a new direction in life. After 4 months in India, many curry pots and yoga positions later, she returned to Norway to gather courage (it took some time ..), and start a business in the field she had the most passion for. Hu has today worked with yoga and meditation for over 7 years, while she has traveled all over the world to continue exploring both the outer and inner world.

500 TTC In Vinyasa, 200 TTC Ashtanga, 1.5 years lifecoaching education with Quantum Success Coaching Academy, meditation education, Yin Yoga, restorative, and shamanism are some of the directions she has trained in. Isabel is a committed and bubbly teacher who does not is afraid to stumble upon the words once in a while. Her focus is on being good enough, inspiring community and daring to go her own way.
