Ani Könchog Lhamo is an ordained nun from it

Tibetan-Buddhist tradition and educated

psychologist. She has been practicing Buddhism for over 30 years and has

Pema Chödrön, Tsoknyi Rinpoche and B. Alan Wallace as their teachers.

Ani has extensive experience from meditation and

silent retreats both in Norway and abroad.

Program

Friday night:

 

18:00 Registration

19:00 Meal

20-21: 30 Introduction, meditation instructions

 

Saturday:

 

07:00 - 08.00 Sitting and walking meditation

08:00 Breakfast

10:00 Conversation and meditation (sitting and walking)

12:30 Lunch

15:00 Gathering, walking tour,

16:00 Tea / coffee

16:30 - 19:00 Meditation (sitting and walking) and conversation

19:00 Dinner

20:30 - 21:30 Evening meditation and body scan (lying meditation).

 

Sunday: Like Saturday. Closing about 17:00, after feedback

 

Karmayoga: Sharing with practical tasks is a common part of a retreat, and tasks are then handed out (sweeping the floor, cleaning after a meal, easy cleaning, preparing for a meal, etc.), which will take about half an hour each. day.
