Meditation retreat

With Ani Könchog Lhamo

02.-04. September 2022

It has been shown that daily meditation helps against a multitude of mental and

physical challenges.

Ani Könchog Lhamo is an ordained nun in the Tibetan Buddhist

tradition, and is a trained psychologist. She has been practicing Buddhism for over

30 years and has Pema Chödrön, Tsoknyi Rinpoche and B. Alan Wallace as her

teachers. She has extensive experience from meditation and

silent retreats both in Norway and abroad.

The retreat begins on September 2 at 18:00 and ends September 4 at 4 p.m.

NB: This retreat can be carried out in optional silence for those who wish.

Only sharings and conversations in the gatherings will break the silence.
