Meditation retreat

With Ani Könchog Lhamo

10.-12. September 2021

It has been shown that daily meditation helps against a multitude of mental and

physical challenges.

Ani Könchog Lhamo is an ordained nun in the Tibetan Buddhist

tradition, and is a trained psychologist. She has been practicing Buddhism for over 30 years and has

Pema Chödrön, Tsoknyi Rinpoche and B. Alan Wallace as their teachers.

She has extensive experience from meditation and

silent retreats both in Norway and abroad.

The retreat begins on September 10 at 18:00 and ends

Sunday, September 12 at 5 p.m.

NB: This retreat can be carried out in optional silence for those who wish.
