Before we go into silence, we put down the phones. During the silence, we should not read, write or draw. We avoid all forms of communication - both eye contact and greeting each other.
Nicotine, snus, alcohol and other drugs will not be accepted during the retreat.
The food is adapted to the activity, ie easily digestible. If you have special dietary needs, you can get in touch, and we will see if we have the opportunity to meet you.
