SUMMER RETREAT
July 7th-15th

Roos van der Laan

Bodil Skadberg
Registration for this retreat is closed

Theme:
To calm the "system", your mind and your body
To learn and to cultivate awareness and sensitivity to yourself, and to others
To make room for - and connect with - your deeper Self

During these 9 days you will be kept in a safe and confined group, and guided into gentle meditations, yoga, silence, music and workshops, therapeutic group exercises, movement, forest walks and more. We offer vegetarian food, tent space for your own tent, family tent with mattress, room in a dormitory/shared room, or a bed in your own room/cabin.

The program will be inspired both by monastic life and various retreat traditions, led by Roos van der Laan and Bodil Skadberg. Yoga will be held by Cecilia Csiki. The program is an extension of our previous years' "Personal Retreat".

This retreat is suitable both for those who have no experience with retreats,
and for those who have participated in previous retreats.
